Our Floral Design Process
We provide floral design as part of all of our partnerships, we believe that a 360 degree approach to your event allows us to deliver the very best of our talents.
As each client is unique with varied taste, budget, event size and scope and location – pricing for product and production will be itemized accordingly.
Wedding Consulting
You have booked your venue and you feel that you are able to tackle much of the planning work with your partner and family, but you want to be sure you won’t overlook anything a pro would know. Plus, you really need someone to guide you with a concrete plan, double-check every detail, and on the wedding day and keep your event running on schedule.
Unlike a traditional ‘day-of coordinator,’ or even a ‘month-of coordinator,’ our role is more integrated into the planning process which is why we believe in being there with you all along the way. Like with all of our partnerships you will receive your customized LTD Planning Guide – filled with everything you could need to know to begin to plan your wedding.

Planning
We will make recommendations for your remaining vendors and provide advice and support during the months before your event so that we can make sure that all of the logistics are properly handled, and all of the details are accurately accounted for.
Design
We will happily create design plans so that your event is a chic representation of your personal style. We will create a full design board for you filled with rentals and decor details.
Event Production
This includes a planner on-site for the entire day of your event so that you have someone to oversee every detail from start to finish. We meet your rentals in the days leading up to your event.
Communication
You have regular meetings throughout the months leading up to your event, and as your wedding date draws closer, you will have unlimited access to your planner. You will also be able to follow along in your LTD Planning Guide so you will always know what comes next.

This partnership is perfect for you if you’ve started off strong, but realize you would like to partner with a team to make the magic happen. With our counsel, you won’t waste time (or money!) stressing over things like:

This partnership typically begins after the venue has been chosen so that we can help you bring your vision to life with a custom event design and the perfect team to execute each detail.
Planning
We will work with you to plan and execute the wedding that is in your head and heart but needs to get out to paper and to the skilled hands of the vendors
Design
We guide you through curating your own vision – don’t like Pinterest – no problem – we have other ways to begin to understand your vision – after an in- depth meeting we begin to create your design board – filled with rentals, decor concepts, floral vision and lighting concepts – we reach out to all vendors to pull quotes and then present the entire package to you.
Event Production
This includes a full-fledged Production Plan that begins as a day of timeline and ends up with tons of detail. First round is sent our to vendors 3 months out and again one month out as well as two weeks out and the week of. Our team will be present for your ceremony rehearsal and again on the day of your wedding.
Communication
You will have unlimited access to your planner via email so that you have support when you need it throughout the entire planning process. We like to have many phone check-ins throughout the process to make sure we are all up to date.

destination-style, weekend-long celebration at a
venue and you’re seeking a professional partner to
guide you from start to finish.
We’ll oversee every detail from finding the vendors that match you both in vision as well as budget. We are your leadership team to execute your wedding! It is the most comprehensive partnership we offer, and is perfect for the couple who wants a high level of support as they plan and design their event.
This partnership is customizable and can include as many events as you can dream up – we can plan prewedding events like rehearsal dinners and welcome drinks and post-wedding events like after parties and brunches – you tell us your planning needs and we can customize a plan just for you.

Planning
We will match you with the best venue and creative vendor team based on your taste preferences and budget in order to make sure that every detail is thoughtfully considered and flawlessly executed.
Design
After a detailed design call or two – we begin to work on your
customized design board – when it is complete you will have a
visual representation complete with a layout of your wedding.
All rentals, decor concepts, and lighting concepts will be
included – in addition, we will reach out to each vendor involve
and collect their quotes. Once complete we present the entire
package to you and work with you to revise.
Budget
With our Full Planning Partnership, our goal is to help you set a budget that is both realistic and comfortable to you. We will track your deposits and payment due dates all in a user friendly online google doc. that allows you to peek in at any time.
Event Production
There will be a planner and/or team on-site for each event that you have contracted us for – on the day of the wedding members of our team will be be present for up to 14 hours – for late – night support post- midnight – we can consult on the best course of action.
Communication
You will have unlimited access to your planner via email or phone so that you have support when you need it throughout the entire planning process.
Post-Wedding Support
We will track vendor pick up times and ensure that your venue is pleased with the completion of your event. Please note that this is in reference to the reception site only.

Design Only
We offer customized Design Plans complete with design and floral execution for those couples who want to handle their own logistics, but want our team to guide the creative process and create the overall look and feel of your wedding.
Custom Design Board, Rental, Lighting and Floral quotes are all included.
We will be present day -of for up to four hours to ensure the design is executed according to the plan.
